NOTE ORGANIZZATIVE:

Mario Cherubini, a nome di Arcipelago Uno di Gaia Planet e della Corte dei 12 Giudici di Gaia è il Coordinatore del Congresso e del Comitato Agorà composto da Maria Lupo, Giuseppe Maiorano, Bayram Osmani, Giovanna Mariani ed Hadassa Shimon.

Le telecamere di TeleGaia registreranno tutti gli interventi.

Le due serate “Musicali e Danzanti” sono a libera espressione di talenti, quindi ogni Operatore può portare la propria proposta. Si possono anche eseguire espressioni teatrali o raccontare barzellette. Si tratta comunque di due serate divertenti senza limiti di orario poiché in quella sala dell’Abbazia non disturbiamo nessuno.

Bibite e caffè vengono distribuiti dalle macchinette al bar, previo utilizzo di monetine. Quindi rifornitevi.

Meglio portare abiti comodi, anche polo e tute per essere liberi nei movimenti poiché i citati 7 MINUTI potrebbero essere anche esercizi di yoga o comunque da fare seduti sul pavimento.

A proposito dei 7 minuti che aprono ogni sessione, sono possibili ogni buona proposta di meditazione ed ispirazione.

Le camere sono spartane, come si conviene ad

un’Abbazia, ma pulite e dotate di bagno con acqua calda

Il cibo è semplice, servito tramite catering e con poca carne-meglio se non richiesta.

Ogni Operatore Gaia del Nucleo Centrale sarà munito di Cartellino da esporre sul petto con il proprio nome

,cognome e regione di provenienza. Avrà anche il foglio del programma e consigliamo che ognuno porti con sé in tasca un blocchetto appunti e penna personale.

Come vedete dal grafico i 40 Operatori del Nucleo Centrale sono seduti in due cerchi.

Altri Ospiti e Operatori invitati siedono negli spazi circostanti i due cerchi. Eventuali loro proposte le possono suggerire ai membri del Comitato Agorà.

Gli Operatori che hanno prodotti da esporre (libri, espressioni pittoriche ed artistiche, abbigliamento, accessori etc) lo potranno fare usando gli spazi in fondo alla sala dell’Agorà. Sarà cura di TeleGaia filmare quei prodotti e fare un’intervista all’interessato in modo che in seguito il video possa essere trasmesso sui social network.

MODALITA' DI ISCRIZIONE:

Arrivi e registrazioni entro le ore 17 di venerdì 14 giugno, chiusura Congresso domenica 16 giugno ore 17. Durante la registrazione verserai la quota restante se hai già versato anticipi. Ti ricordo che il periodo completo costa 150 euro a testa, con camera e servizi, 4 pranzi e due colazioni, compreso l'uso delle strutture e costi di organizzazione; metà soggiorno sono 100 euro (camera, una notte, una colazione, 1 pranzo, 1 cena); se fai solo i pasti, senza camera, sono 20 euro a pasto (che comprende anche il contributo per l'organizzazione).

ORGANIZATIONAL NOTES:

Mario Cherubini, on behalf of Arcipelago Uno of Gaia Planet and the Court of the 12 Judges of Gaia is the Coordinator of the Congress and of the Agora Committee composed of Maria Lupo, Giuseppe Maiorano, Bayram Osmani, Giovanna Mariani and Hadassa Shimon.

TeleGaia's cameras will record all the interventions.

The two "Musical and Dancing" evenings are a free expression of talent, so each Operator can bring their own proposal. You can also perform theatrical expressions or tell jokes. However, these are two fun evenings with no time limits because in that hall of the Abbey we don't disturb anyone.

Soft drinks and coffee are distributed from the machines at the bar, after using coins. So stock up.

Better to wear comfortable clothes, even polo shirts and overalls to be free in the movements since the 7 MINUTES mentioned could also be yoga exercises or otherwise to be done sitting on the floor.

About the 7 minutes that open each session, every good meditation and inspiration proposal is possible.

Each Gary Operator of the Central Core will be provided with a Card to be displayed on the chest with its name

As you can see from the graph, the 40 Central Core Operators are sitting in two circles.

Other guests and invited operators sit in the spaces surrounding the two circles. Their proposals may suggest them to the members of the Agora Committee.

Operators who have products to exhibit (books, pictorial and artistic expressions, clothing, accessories, etc.) can do so using the spaces at the bottom of the Agora room. It will be TeleGaia's responsibility to film those products and do an interview with the person concerned so that the video can later be broadcast on social networks

NOTES ORGANISATIONNELLES:

Mario Cherubini, au nom de l'Archipel Uno de Gaia Planet et de la Cour des 12 juges de Gaia, est le coordinateur du Congrès et du Comité Agora composé de Maria Lupo, Giuseppe Maiorano, Bayram Osmani, Giovanna Mariani et Hadassa Shimon.

Les caméras de TeleGaia enregistreront toutes les interventions.

Les deux soirées "Musical and Dancing" sont une expression libre du talent, chaque opérateur peut donc présenter sa propre proposition. Vous pouvez également effectuer des expressions théâtrales ou raconter des blagues. Cependant, ce sont deux soirées amusantes sans limite de temps car dans cette salle de l'abbaye, nous ne perturbons personne.

Les boissons gazeuses et le café sont distribués depuis les machines du bar, après avoir utilisé des pièces de monnaie. Alors stockez.

Il est préférable de porter des vêtements confortables, même des polos et des combinaisons pour être libre dans les mouvements, car les 7 minutes mentionnées pourraient également être des exercices de yoga ou être assis par terre.

Au sujet des 7 minutes qui ouvrent chaque session, toute bonne proposition de méditation et d’inspiration est possible.

Les chambres sont spartiates, comme il convient à une abbaye, mais propres et disposent d'une salle de bain avec eau chaude

La nourriture est simple, servie avec restauration et avec peu de viande - mieux si pas demandé.

Chaque opérateur Gaia du noyau central recevra une carte à afficher sur le coffre, indiquant son nom, son prénom et sa région d'origine. Il y aura également la feuille de programme et nous recommandons à tous d'avoir un cahier et un stylo personnel dans leur poche.

Comme vous pouvez le voir sur le graphique, les 40 opérateurs centraux sont assis dans deux cercles.

D'autres invités et opérateurs invités sont assis dans les espaces entourant les deux cercles. Leurs propositions peuvent les suggérer aux membres du comité Agora.

Les opérateurs qui ont des produits à exposer (livres, expressions picturales et artistiques, vêtements, accessoires, etc.) peuvent le faire en utilisant les espaces situés au bas de la salle Agora. Il incombera à TeleGaia de filmer ces produits et d’interviewer la personne concernée afin que la vidéo puisse ensuite être diffusée sur les réseaux sociaux.
